Describe the task

In order to build the necessary models, we need to map out the entity relationship of the Emissions Report. This model should include the information being captured as well as the supporting structures such as activities and source types. With the exception of additional WCI requirements (we're still gathering information on these), the model needs to accommodate the different types of operations and the various types of entrants.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] An entity relationship diagram representing the structures needed to capture an emissions report exists
• [ ] Business area have approved the model

Based on conversations with the team, this may not longer be necessary. We will still need the compliance ERD #228 Moving this to the backlog for now, until we confirm whether it should be closed or not.
