Create Compliance Report ERD

Describe the task

In order to build the necessary models, we need to map out the entity relationship of the Compliance report. This model should include the information being captured as well as the supporting structures, such as products and fuel types. This model should be an extension of the ERD made for Emissions Reports, providing means to capture necessary production values and attribute the emissions to them.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The ERD has been expanded to include the structures required to capture a Compliance report
• [ ] Business area have approved the model for Compliance reports
