Refine Vision Statements

We made some fun vision statements! Now, let's get some feedback on them.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Get program area eyes on the Registration 2024 statement
• [x] Get program area eyes on the Registration 2025 statement
• [x] Get program area eyes on the Reporting statement
• [x] Get program area eyes on the COAM statement (document known unknowns - get as far as we can)
• [x] Update statements as needed
