It's key to know where we sit in the larger digital ecosystem. Let's document key players, groups and digital documents to keep in mind as we do our work.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Map out key digital players/groups in the ENV space
[x] Compile key digital documentation/policy
[x] Compile past work that would be relevant
