Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Refactored ListItems component to be more scalable regarding other forms of ListItems that can be placed within it
No Visual changes in application made in this PR
Fixed edge case in web scraper that was preventing ONLY Chilliwack from not having lat/long data
Fixed Seed data in database that conveniently contained Chilliwacks Data (How I discovered this issue)
