Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

• Added a PATCH endpoint to /locations that is protected by a secret for the scraper to use (A step in the automation of recurring scrapes)
• Added a POST endpoint to /locations to return locations of one service (e.g. ServiceBC, HealthBC) to reduce data transfer size during cache updates
• Updated data model being sent out by /locations with scalability in mind
• Updated Front end to use the new /location model being sent out
• Added new tests to the API for /locations and /reports
• Updated Swagger documentation for API
• Added 'serviceType' key to database entries as part of the filtering process for POST methods
