Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Added a mq object to the constants folder that contains media query breakpoints for mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes
Replaced hardcoded max and min width values where necessary
Some values still remain hardcoded as they are unique stylings for specific components
