Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Created a small Nav Component for the footer to give more of an 'App' feel
Buttons do not render when at root (reduce redundancy)
Icons styled similarly to previous ones, just white to keep consistent theme
Updated Footer so NavIcons only display when screen < 1025px so normal computer users don't have the additional clutter
Updated file names for Icons to be more meaningful in their use case
