Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Added Additional View to display the information about a location
Modified Mapping component to link to LocationInformation View
Modified Location list items to link to LocationInformation View
LocationInformation View uses URL Params
LocationInformation View displays Stub 404 if invalid params entered (Future ticket to make a View for that)
