Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Creation of a View to look back on previously made reports
Utilizes localStorage caching of Reports (returned from API with ticket #)

no ticket selected, default view

a ticket is selected

Clicking delete on a ticket prompts for confirmation (two click deletion)

Mobile view

Button added in Report to go to History
