Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Created ListItem component to display location data
Created ListItems component to display a list of the ListItem component
Styled both components
Created a function in the utils folder to get the distance between the users current location and the listItem location
Increased the Splashcreen timer as per Roberts request for the sprint review to better see the splashScreen
Updated the ViewRouter to be able to pass props to different views
Updated the Location view to display the List of locations
