Rename filter header "Organizations" to "Provided by" (DDS-438) #300

To help users understand that BCDC is only a catalogue and not the data source, consider renaming the dataset filter header "Organization" to "Provided By".

@SteveChapmanBCDX We could use this type of label changes to further help direct user contacts to the organizations that provide the data.

Filter Header not renamed. Please fix.

@TerryLanktree , there are no labels so not sure if you feel this should be for MVP or post MVP. I will leave that up to you.

This does introduce an inconsistency with the label displayed on the record itself. You filter by Organization and note that the record is Published By the Organization on which you filtered.

This is a carry-over from Cat Classic, no change in naming. I would not wish to change without doing some CE. Will move to backlog.
