How the Preview button should present for Services and APIs.

Registered APIs with API Gateway:

For APIs that are registered with the API Gateway should be visible like this: https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/bc-data-catalogue-api/resource/3fc94687-4693-4700-806b-120e64f8c10f/view/15c4262c-3a2a-481a-93c9-29f41f2feda2
Should include the ability for the pop-up to pop-out like in cat classic.

WMS

should be visible either as text like this from this metadata record http://maps.gov.bc.ca/arcserver/services/Province/roads_wm/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS
Or potentially as WMS on a Map like with the BCGW WMS but that is also different as it has different fields configured.

Should Both Download and Preview exist?

APS team happy if we put swagger definition support back into the cat.

The swagger stuff was already in there it was just not showing because of other changes which is now resolved
