Before deleting the record, the instructions were to save the URLs of the resources to test that they were also deleted. Once the draft record/dataset was deleted, this child resources were still viewable from the saved link.
I have not stated whether this fix is needed for MVP, or post MVP.

During UAT, Mike found that you could still view the resource associated to a deleted record/dataset. https://proj.data.gov.bc.ca/jira/browse/DPS-530
