@cmahony advised removing "normal_bc" and making "normal_composite" the default option (e.g. when using "auto" in climr_downscale). This is because:
1) there is no certainty as to the source of "normal_bc" normals, so we can't document it easily
2) "normal_composite" already includes the BC normals (from a known source)
