An initiative by Enterprise Design Services Branch, to develop a set of application specific changes to a demo app previously built such that it meets Cloud Native criterial per BC DevExchange maturity model.
We need to rename the status exempt to not-required because the word "exempt" is used for other purposes within a STRA or PIA review process. To avoid confusion, and make this as simple as possible, I've created this pull request with the required change.
