We've invited MCIOs and others to "try out" for our Early Adopter program, and last sprint we agreed upon a set of criteria that the ideal candidates would meet. We've shared these criteria with some of our Early Adopter candidates, but they're not intended to be a DIY assessment, rather a guide for our conversation with the candidate teams.
Need a consistent means of capturing the key points of these conversations with Early Adopter candidates that will enable us to select the best candidates to partner with.
