Determine new date and/or definition for MVP

Due primarily to longer than anticipated timelines for GoC to onboard us to their service, we will no longer be able to make our Sept. 22 date to provide a fully policy-compliant service on at least one cloud service provider for at least two early adopters.

We need to communicate a new date to our stakeholders asap. If possible and achievable, it would be good to provide a milestone of sorts by Sept. 22 - potentially providing early adopters to a landing zone to get familiar with in advance of full policy compliance.

Definition of done

• New milestone date determined for original MVP as described above
• Achievable milestone defined for Sept. 22 date

Believe we have determined this is now November 20. Mitigation is that we will provide access to LZ1 or 2 by early October to early adopters.
