Describe the issue Book and conduct UEx workshop with next ministry (probably SDPR), compile findings

Which Sprint Priority is this issue related to? Alpha Service Delivery Model Blueprint Community Engagement

Additional context Initial email invitations have been sent out - need to follow up with each recipient to schedule and conduct the workshops: SDPR, Justice, Health, Transport, Education

Definition of done UEx workshop completed and results compiled into a report on findings so far.
