Definition of done

• Agreement on CP team re scope of responsibilities for each of the 3 (CSP, OCIO, ministry teams)
• Hypervisor, Baremetal, Application, Cloud relationships defined with responsibilities
• A diagram format similar to Next Gen Sec Proj Gov Model but much simpler

Removing Ryan because we have documented in the ticket that we will have a brief touch point. It's confusing to have 3 points assigned to a 30 minute or less update

Model now incorporates input from Gen, Ryan, Shea, Julian ... has been reviewed by most members of CP Team, so implicitly has acceptance within the team. Therefore, declaring it done as specified for current sprint.

Still outstanding is a follow-up conversation with Shea - he had requested addition of something on Communities of Practice to the model, which I'm fully supportive of for a future edition. This version is depicting current state, where we don't yet have the required confirmation of support for the CoP model.
