• [ ] Record the session for documentation purposes
• [ ] Review video to ensure no sensitive details are in it
• [ ] Share list of steps and video in internal team documentation

We currently have a list of steps for the account deletions (Max has gone through the process recently). OU = Organizational unit - disabling the rule to move OU.

No need at this point to investigate a larger scale automation solution. Copying pre-edit version of the ticket:

Investigate the AWS Account deletion process to identify steps that can be automated, to prevent manual errors and save time. Additional Context Shared mailbox: AWS-OCIO - manual step involved Acceptance Criteria

List all steps and dependancies Have a review with Warren and Thibault Discuss and gather list of steps that can be automated, and can't Create tickets for those steps and estimate them

Next steps: Max to invite Abi and Bruce to show them the deletion process, and record a video of it for documentation purposes.

Revisit issue if volume becomes an issue
