Describe the Issue Execute on first deletions from 'Confirmed Subscription Deletion List'

Additional Context Later as data is updated more possible deletions will be added to this list and deleted in batch periodically as we move on in the clean-up process

Acceptance Criteria

• Working with Platform Admins for subscription deletions
• Execution will be on 'Confirmed' subscriptions for deletion only
• Together with Platform Admins review list and begin deletions
• Update status of each depending on result
