Describe the bug Follow-ups - Finish deletions from 'Confirmed Subscription Deletion List' that needed client communication

Acceptance Criteria

Working with Platform Admins for subscription deletions
Update list with any additional
Execution will be on 'Confirmed' subscriptions for deletion only
Update status of each depending on result

Subscriptions deletion and documenation process for these deletions was completed. This included contacting individuals in question when needed and following up where necessary. Information was updated in the tenancy analysis documentation while doing this as well to get data up to date. Closing ticket
