Create Weekly FW Mgr/Firewall backup schedule in in ECF Live

Describe the Issue We need to back up Firewall and Firewall Mgr via SCP Regularly

Additional Context

• For Live only
• role/policy to allow S3 bucket access
• Firewall Manager and 1/2 Firewalls
• Enable SCP server and create user in Windows Server
• In GAIA, Schedule Job to kick off the system backup weekly locally (This Appliance)
• Initialize GAIA access to SMS and Firewall (Public Key related)
• Create a housekeeping script to clean up the backup in Windows Jump Server
• Create a script in FW to clean up local backup

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] GAIA portal access no problem
• [ ] SSH access via putty no problem
• [ ] System backup schedule run regularly
• [ ] System backup upload to S3 bucket
• [ ] error message in the job log if the job failed
• [ ] github documentation update
