Discussed with Prabhu and Warren - Considerations around the fact that a lot of people can have editor access, and we don't have a clear process about providing admin rights. Rights allowing to make a Pull request and change the code. Effort estimation: 2

Public Cloud access admin users: Warren, Prabhu, Max, Abi, Harsimran, Thibault.

Issue: BC Gov Github account has too many admins allowed to add editors.

Warren's recommendation: Repos for deployment should be exclusively in the enterprise github.
