Describe the Issue Create the base of an enterprise readiness plan presentation deck.

Additional Context As part of our OKRs for the Fiscal Year 2024-25, we need to define enterprise readiness for our branch and plan how to get there.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Funding model: Building a few scenarios for high-level possible orientations. (full branch/team profitability - partial / etc.)
  2. 24/7 requirements: What to support and cost assessment.
  3. Operational management: Defining and creating incident management, change management, etc.
  4. Communications: Technical Information bulletin (TIB) - Service bulletin? What is required, do we have examples of it?
  5. Continual improvements: Feedback loops, reporting, etc. (also mention of SDP- "Service design package" - Service checklists).
