Describe the Issue Enterprise-Ready Ops framework component development

Additional Context Add any other context, attachments or screenshots

Acceptance Criteria

Review initial draft of the service operation's components (#2898)
Development of a standard format and description for each
Develop each of the areas into a succinct info section (for separation later into its own documentation..)
Use these to kick-off the CloudOps team discussions/concept development process
