• Team discussion and input into the draft model
• Summarize these and review with PO for further refinement and continued development

Research was present to the team (Ops) and discussion was held on each of the items as an introduction to what we will be dealing with coming up, with a newly developed out 'Enterprise-Ready' stance to our platform operations management in the future. Discussion was held on each but as a team we'll be diving into each one of these aspects in individual tickets. The Public Cloud Ops 'Process Areas' draft was completed and discussed with the PO to act as a guide for him and others as our Ops team addresses each one of these areas. Closing
