Describe the Issue
The SEC OPS team is onboarding onto AWS and they need access to the Checkpoint firewalls. Currently we have a "Networking" group that grants admin level access into the Perimeter and Shared Network accounts. We need to restrict the scope of these rolls to firewall access only.

[ ] Create a SECOPS Network group that allows a user to access the firewalls only
