Submit request for extra CheckPoint FW related licenses on AWS

Describe the Issue Licenses initially procured will not cover all environments. Need to identify how we can procure these additional licenses.

Additional Context What was originally procured: 1x gateway license 4x vcpu licenses for firewalls (supports only 2 firewalls of sufficient size) 4x NGTX software

What is additionally required: 1x gateway license 2x vcpu licenses for firewalls (supports only 2 firewalls of sufficient size) 2x NGTX software

Assembly is going to be used for another purpose, so licenses are not required for that environment.

End goal: Forge: 1 gateway, 2 vcpu firewall (1 appliance) Live: 1 gateway, 4 vcpu firewall (2 appliance - 1 primary, 1 DR)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Validate number of additional licenses is sufficient (licenses for all sw needed to run fws)
• [x] Identify correct procurement mechanism with Olena
• [ ] Procure additional licenses
