[ ] List the top 10 of compute instance uses, with ministry team, project set name and licence plate, monthly average spend for the last 6 months (or since project set creation if under 6 months).
[ ] List top 10 of storage instance uses, with ministry team, project set name and licence plate, monthly average spend for the last 6 months (or since project set creation if under 6 months).
