Describe the Issue To move source of firewall backup script source from BCGov C to enterprise repo

Additional Context Repo in BCGOV C is used for staging for a one-year duration.

Acceptance Criteria A set of pre-defined requirement that need to be met in order to mark the user story as “done”. See below for team agreement details.
