We had a review of the diagram on June 18th - which marks good progress and discussions leading to a few adjustments.

Acceptance Criteria: In the diagram, reflect the following changes:

[ ] Adding a "Customer" swim lane to reflect Customers actions and responsibilities.
[ ] Customers to check first on their own if the platform is down.
[ ] Customers to start a support ticket
[ ] Automate cc'ing our team for information when a support ticket is started
[ ] Our team to check platform status and start investigation as needed.
