Back to Top (#top) navigation does not work in backstage #8

Some markdown pages that are longer include a 'Back to Top' link within the pages, this is contained in the MD files as **[Back to top](#top)** however this behaviour does not translate in the backstage pages.

This feature is not supported in Backstage. With the addition of the new sidebar, this accessibility option isn't really required so I have removed these links from all the pages.
