- need to determine how the bot is going to be branded
- need to figure out the human speech side of this - how will the links work within a voice conversation.
- could use government human readable version
- Bitly - could use a branded version. - ask of Tiffany/Kristine. / Alex
update links to be more user friendly, embed links or use a shortener.
