This PR adds a flag to the GET api/critters endpoint, where ?minimal can be passed in to receive the same stripped down format used for the data tables. The patterns in critterbase, especially the critter endpoint, seem a bit inconsistent now, and I think it might be worth looking at standardizing some of the responses if possible.
