Add endpoint for capture and mortality geometry & include captures in multiple critters request

Added api/critters/spatial, which returns the geometry for all capture and mortality events for the critters specified.
Included captures in the response of api/critters/?format=detailed
Added tests for code changes

Looks good to me.

I tried hitting the 2 updated endpoints in Postman and they worked as expected.

Just the one minor comment about the zod schema.
