There was a previous FTL for this layer. However it was failing to load. The following was done to remedy this:

Remapping of all data objects
New coordinate fields by concatenating the 6 separate attributes.
All longitudes appeared to be positive... We don't live in Russia 😲. Added the negative.
Switching logic from multiple if statements to a switch for speed and readability.
Left out irrelevant attributes.

Hope this does the trick.

I ran the geodetic survey viewer from your repo (url from rawgit):

and got the following error: geocoder_753 jul 25 16 50

Hey @mraross Think that's because I haven't updated that file yet. The work I did was on the ftl files.
