Describe the solution you'd like Participants that Need Special Attention – this needs to be expanded and guidance on what to do more than just contacting someone. Need to include issues on why these groups need special attention and ethics of engaging with them – just expanded info as to how/why they need special attention.

Could provide suggestions on not doing direct user research, or specific locations/circumstances.

This content has been added, but needs to be reviewed. The content has been broken down into separate pages of "ethical practices" and "code of conduct". They feel similar, so I wonder if there needs to be a distinction made between these two sections?

Ethical practices https://bcgov.github.io/user-research-guide/ethics/ethical-practices.html

Code of Conduct https://bcgov.github.io/user-research-guide/ethics/code-of-conduct.html

"Open-ended questions may open up emotions and trauma for participant – how will the weight of this experience actually be impacted/changed by the research project – need to set expectations"
