We've noticed the guide mentions the storage of research session transcriptions and notes, but not recordings.

We would find it helpful if you added some clarity / guidance around access to audio and video recordings of research sessions with participants. Specifically, who (research lead; research team - if multiple researchers; project/product team - e.g., Product Owners; software developers; people external to the project; etc.) should have access to, the storage and retention of, and the sharing of audio and video recordings via a digital link in MS Teams (or other video conferencing software) or by other means.
