Update community watershed layer data model #71

A recent update of the community watershed layer data model (https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/community-watersheds-current) should be incorporated into the coding , feature name and codes to be reviewed and updated in the scripting Old (pod_code , community_ws_name) New (cw_code, cw_name)
