what screen in supervisor review
What screens in pdf - add a review page or only specific K& L screens will be shown

Unable to see anything for forms submitted for "not eligible" applicants i.e. appointment status K & L

Steps to reproduce

[ ] Submit a form with appointment status K or L in the employee info tab
[ ] As supervisor go to Review and Process, select form and notice that it is not loading properly

[ ] Supervisor should be able to see the form for not eligible applicants and approve the form as well

currently we show instructions to applicants on what to do and do not process this case in DJ
