In Camunda BMP, configure an email notification to be sent if a process flow in incomplete.
Tasks:
Set up service desk or intermediate event in the process model to trigger an email notification when a delay in completing a task occurs or reaching a specific stage ( Use a Java Class to define the conditions under which the email should be sent and specify the details of the incidents within an email to be saved in an Incident Outlook folder.
