SL Review workflow completion + Retention #993

In the SL Review process, a senior leader can keep resubmitting a form until a certain condition is met to complete the submission.

What is that condition? And after the form is completed, what should be the policy for retaining it?

Update on this ticket: The June 1 launch date is confirmed and the form will be open from June 1 to September 31. Our current retention is 60 days and this will expand the retention period of the platform to four months. Considerations we will need to discuss: Other forms in the platform, such as Telework, adjustments to the DJ PIA the SL PIA as well as estimating the technical work to make this change as well as the changes to the Telework messaging/emails. Pulling this ticket into the backlog for estimation.

QUESTION FOR JODI: Should the retention time be 60 days after grace period ends?

4 months (June 1-Sept 31) + a week (October 6 grace period) + 60days (standard retention) so 60 days after grace period ends (Dec 5)?

Jodi confirmed the retention period - Iman to test today and add notes to the ticket.

@MeghanStothers We're good with this ticket, no additional work is needed once the completion date (start of Dec 6, 2023) arrives, all data would automatically be removed from DGJ platform.

Question from Iman - at Dec 6 we will remove data from platform Do we also want to delete these from the ODS? Patrick indicated this is a business decision. Business to check with form owner (and confirm with Sarah on this to keep her in the loop.

Met with Jodi, Sarah, Emma and Claire to discuss access and retention in DW. Confirmed our retention date of Dec 5. They DIO will continue to pursue this with Martha W. I think our pieces are complete and approved an dwe are good to close this tix
