Updating digitaltrust101.md to test out fixing image links #185

Testing a fix for image links. If successful, we can apply it across the repo.

I notice that there is an error in the test deployment, but I'm having a hard time replicating it in the docusaurus 'playground'/testing space, since the folder structure is entirely different.

don't include "/static" when linking the images
