@parulmishra - presuming you will be the one to do this. The bcdevexchange.org domain is owned by BCDevOps (Platform Services team). If you need any assistance with changes to the domain to complete this, you can reach out directly to Cailey Jones. (This may also make #492 obsolete?)

Acceptance criteria

If a user tries to visit bcdevexchange.org or any of its subpages (i.e. /DevOpsPlatform, /ExchangeLab, /learning, /AboutUs), they are redirected to digital.gov.bc.ca/resources/exchange-lab

Change of plan: JL going to migrate bcdevexchange to OCP4 on our behalf. Decisions can be made later about migrating content and decommissioning the site.
