Value / Why are we doing this?

Ari is continuing to produce "Exchange" podcasts, and the only place he has to advertise these currently is on the bcdevexchange site which we should retire soon.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. People can see an index of podcast 'teasers'
  2. People can navigate to this index in a logical way
  3. A non-developer/content manager (e.g. Ari) can add new podcast teasers as new episodes are produced via Strapi
