Value / Why are we doing this?

The bcdevexchange site should be retired soon. Its Learning page is still being used to index EventBrite courses and events. If we can provide a place on digital.gov.bc.ca for the same, we can safely retire bcdevexchange.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. On digital.gov.bc.ca, people can find advertisements/teasers for any courses or events that are currently being advertised on bcdevexchange.org.
  2. People can navigate/find these teasers in a logical way from other pages on the site (i.e. they don't need to have a direct URL to a page)
  3. A non-developer/content manager (e.g. Ari or Dea) can control the publication/unpublication/addition/editing of these teasers via Strapi.
