Plotting #16

Okkkaayyyy so this section got really long and I'm not sure how long it will take to go through all the things. I can easily be persuaded to just drop the plotting from pandas section if people want, but it's such an easy way to do it I thought it was worth mentioning.

I've also been staring at it for too long, so fresh eyes to tell me that sections are too complex/long/whatever would be fantastic!

Looks great - I would think 5 is probably good!
