Possible alternative to the bookdown site. #30

I thought we could store links and examples here when we find them to propose alternatives to the bookdown site. Rmarkdown based is the path of least resistance here. Here is one:

I have had fleeting thoughts that the content could be shared as slides/PDF, which are part of a release. Maybe more consistent with how many are used to consuming course "notes", less issue with the bookdown changing with changing repo, participants don't need a browser open during the course.
